Delivery of all our products is free throughout South Africa. International shipping costs vary by destination and order size and are calculated at checkout or confirmed with you before dispatch.
Estimated Delivery Times
- South Africa: ready-made products are normally delivered within 2–5 business days of ordering, including processing and transit.
- International orders: 5–10 business days (depending on destination and customs clearance)
Please note that delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to customs processing, courier disruptions, weather conditions, public holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Customs Duties & Import Taxes
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, VAT, import taxes, or clearance fees charged by their country.
Orders refused due to unpaid customs charges may be subject to return shipping fees and non-refundable shipping costs.
Order Processing
Ready-made orders are normally handed to the courier the next business day. This processing time is included in the estimated 2–5 business days from ordering to delivery within South Africa.
Custom or made-to-order items may require additional production time before shipping. Estimated production timelines will be communicated to the customer before production begins.
